摘要

influx with subsequent reversal of NCX, ERK1/2 activation and ultimately contributes to enhanced angiogenesis. Targeting reverse-mode NCX and its upstream initiator TRPC3 could be clinically relevant in conditions characterised by abnormal VEGF signalling.
